Bikini Care: To extend the life of your swimwear, we recommend rinsing in cold water after each wear (especially after chlorine or saltwater exposure), hand washing with a mild detergent, avoiding the washing machine and dryer, and laying flat to dry out of direct sunlight.

Linen Care: Linen is a natural fibre and will soften beautifully with wear. We recommend a gentle cold wash and line dry to keep each piece looking its best. A little creasing is part of linen's natural character — we think it adds to the relaxed feel.

Thank you for shopping with SNDSTNE SWIM! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below is our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major fault, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair. Where a product has a minor fault, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund it. These rights apply regardless of the change-of-mind conditions set out below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've simply changed your mind about a purchase, we're happy to offer a return for store credit, subject to the conditions below.
To make a return, please email info@sndstne.com to request a return authorisation. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer care team first to confirm the item you want is in stock.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order.
Change-of-mind returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind — only for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see Refunds below).
Store credit is issued as a gift card, valid for 3 years, and can be used on any item in our online store.

Conditions

• To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:

Full-price (sale items and warehouse sale purchases are final sale).
In original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with hygiene liner and swing tags attached. Free from odours, makeup, deodorant, or tanning products.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

Your item arrives faulty or with a manufacturing defect.
Your item arrives damaged in transit.
You receive the wrong item or size due to our error.

If your item qualifies for a refund, we will refund the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within [14] business days of the return being approved, and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds do not apply to change-of-mind returns, which are issued as store credit only, in line with the Eligibility and Conditions above.

Shipping & Processing

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us before returning the item — in most cases we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once received, returns are inspected within 3 business days. If approved, your store credit or refund will be issued via email/to your original payment method.
SNDSTNE SWIM is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping where a tracked service was not used.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@sndstne.com with your order details and photos so we can assist you.
