Delivery & Liability

• SNDSTNE SWIM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier, unless Shipping Protection has been purchased at checkout.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details a store credit will be issued for the order subtotal (excluding shipping costs).
